The Bugun River ((カザフ語:''Бөген'')) is a river of southern Kazakhstan. It flows for with a basin area of . The river begins at the confluence of the rivers Ulken-Bugun and Bala Bugun, flowing from the south-western slopes of the Karatau Mountain ridge.
